What is the pickup process for online purchases?

Please bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on your order. If someone else or a third-party is picking up your order, please notify our ReStore Online team beforehand by email at info.restore@habitatportlandregion.org or phone at 503-287-9529 ext. 1240. For large and oversized items, please bring help to load your order.

Where do I pick up my online purchase?

We offer two pickup locations for online purchases, depending on where the item is available.

  1. Online Store Warehouse – 12413 NE Marx St, Portland, OR. Online orders may be picked up at the loading dock at the back of the building. We recommend backing your vehicle up the ramp for large purchases.
  2. Beaverton ReStore – 13475 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, OR. Online orders can be picked up at the cashier.

What are your pickup hours for online purchases?

Our pickup hours vary depending on location.

  1. Online Store Warehouse – you can pick up your purchase Tuesdays – Saturdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  2. Beaverton ReStore – you can pick up your purchase Wednesdays – Mondays from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm, and on Tuesdays from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm.

What is your return policy and process for online purchases?

Returns are accepted up to 7 days after the scheduled pickup, or up to 14 days for large appliances. Items must be returned to the same location where you purchased and picked it up. Items must be in the same condition as purchased.

How long do I have to pick up my purchase?

Please pick up your purchase within one week from your scheduled pickup date. If you need additional time, please contact the Online Store team by phone at 503-287-9529 ext. 1240 or email at info.restore@habitatportlandregion.org. Due to limited space, we kindly request timely pickups.

Do you offer shipping/delivery, or can I have my purchase transferred to another store?

We do not currently offer shipping or delivery for purchases. We are also unable to transfer items between locations.

How can I view an online item in person before purchasing?

Please contact us by email at info.restore@habitatportlandregion.org to schedule a time to view an online item in person. Please note that we cannot hold or reserve items for customers unless purchased.

Do I get ReStore Rewards loyalty points when I shop online?

Yes! Enter your phone number or pay with a credit card associated with your account at checkout to receive loyalty points. If you have any available rewards to redeem, a notification will appear. To sign for our loyalty program, click the box at checkout to join.

Can I use my ReStore gift card online?

Yes! Simply add the product(s) you want to purchase to your cart. Once you are ready to check out, you will enter the gift card information on the checkout page.

When I am shopping online, how can I tell where I’ll have to pick up an item?

There are two ways to check the location of your item:

  1. Filter your search results by location. On the left side of your screen, under “How to get it,” select your preferred location to browse Online Store items available at that store.
  2. On an item page, the location will be listed under “How to get it,” just above the “Add to Cart” button. If the item is available at multiple locations, you’ll be prompted to choose one.

Please note: You can only purchase items from one location at a time. To buy items from multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders.

Can I pick up any online item at the Beaverton ReStore?

Only select online items are available for pick-up at the Beaverton ReStore. Majority of our online inventory is available for pickup at our Online Store warehouse located at 12413 NE Marx St, Portland, OR.

What if I want to buy items online from multiple pickup locations?

Unfortunately, you can only purchase items online from one location at a time. If your cart includes items from different locations, you will need to place separate orders for each location.

Can I buy an item on the website at the register?

You must purchase online items through our website at shoppdxrestore.org. If you need assistance with an online purchase, one of our team members will be happy to help you.
