Joe Connell is ending his 12-year tenure at the Habitat ReStore with a quote from “Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.’ It’s apropos for Joe, whose last day is September 22. He’s heading back home to Maine for his next adventure. Before we speculate on what that might be, let’s take a look at Joe’s ReStore legacy as vice president of retail operations for Habitat for Humanity Portland Metro East:
