New Return Policy
- Returns are accepted for all items up to 7 days and up to 14 days for large appliances from date of purchase.
- Price stickers must be attached.
- Customers must have original receipt.
- Item must be returned to the same store as purchased.
- All sales are final on Clearance Items.
- We do not offer exchanges.
- All white-ticketed merchandise are non-returnable.

Online Store Return Policy
- Returns are accepted up to 7 days after the scheduled pickup for all items, and up to 14 days for appliances.
- Items must be in the same condition as purchased.
- If your item(s) have not been picked up 7 days after your scheduled pickup date, then you will be refunded and your items will be restocked.
