Last month, River Pig Saloon donated a large quantity of high-quality materials from recently removed outdoor dining structures, including 400 feet of treated 2×6 boards, 200 square feet of cedar plank decking, 14 picnic tables, treated lumber, pier blocks, and roofing panels. These items will be sold in our ReStores to help fund local homebuilding and home repair projects.
“We had built outdoor dining structures to survive the COVID years and were required by the city to remove them this May. I chose Habitat because of the tangible support you provide to low-income families throughout America. Hopefully we assisted in the construction of a family home.”
