We are very excited to announce we now offer curbside delivery for online orders of furniture, appliance, & larger items for a flat fee of $99 within the Portland region. You can shop the ReStore Online at shoppdxrestore.org. When you shop online, you’ll find discounted prices on furniture, appliances, lighting, home decor, vintage, and more from your favorite name brands. Every ReStore online purchase helps fund local Habitat homebuilding and home repair programs.
You can choose delivery for your order when you add an item to your cart or at checkout. Our team will work with you to schedule a delivery date and time within 3-5 business days of your purchase. You must be prepared to receive your purchase at the curb at the time of delivery. Please note that our drivers are unable to enter your residence or carry items beyond the ground-level curbside area or a street-facing garage.
The delivery fee of $99 is non-refundable, including for missed curbside delivery appointments or if you decide to return the item. Customers are responsible for making arrangements to return items that have been delivered.
What is the return policy for online orders?
Returns are accepted up to 7 days after the scheduled pickup, or up to 14 days for large appliances. Items must be in the same condition as purchased. Customers are responsible for making arrangements to return items that have been delivered.
Orders that are not picked up within two weeks (14 days) after purchase will be donated back to the store for resale and no refunds will be offered.
