Curbside Delivery Service FAQ

We’re thrilled to announce we now offer curbside delivery for purchases made online at shoppdxrestore.org or in-store at our Gresham, Portland, and Tigard ReStore locations. We can deliver purchases of furniture, appliances, & larger items for a flat fee of $99 to locations within the greater Portland region.

How much does curbside delivery cost?

  • Curbside delivery is a flat fee of $99. This fee is non-refundable, including for missed curbside delivery appointments or if a customer decides to return the item. A customer can choose delivery for the item(s) and pay the fee at the time of purchase at that store location.

What purchases can be delivered?

  • We can deliver any purchases that include furniture, appliances, larger items, and bulk purchases. Please ask a team member if you are a curious is an item can be delivered.

What happens after I purchase delivery?

  • Our Habitat ReStore Pickups team will reach out to you via email within 48 hours to schedule a delivery date. Purchases will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

What should I expect when my ReStore purchase is delivered?

  • You must be prepared to receive your purchase at the curb at the time of delivery. You must have someone 18+ be on-site and prepared to receive their purchase at the time of delivery. Habitat ReStore drivers are unable to enter your residence or carry items beyond the ground-level curbside area or a street-facing garage. Item(s) purchased are sold as-is and will be delivered in its current condition.
  • If your driveway is steep or access is limited, we may need to arrange an alternate delivery location to ensure a safe drop-off.

Where can the ReStore deliver?

  • We can deliver to locations within the greater Portland region. You can ask a team member if your location qualifies or email our Pickups team directly at pickups@habitatportlandregion.org with specific inquiries.
