Our donors are our everything! We accept donations at all our locations during business hours only. Keep reading to learn about ReStore donation options including dropping off donations, scheduling a donation pickup and ReStore donation guidelines. Thank you!

 

DROPPING OFF DONATIONS

What we accept: Please scan the list below for what types of items we accept. All items must be in new or used sellable condition.

Hours: We accept donations at all locations 10am to 6pm Wednesday through Monday (closed Tuesdays only). 

HOLIDAY HOURS
Closed: Nov. 26, Nov. 27;  Dec. 23 through Dec. 26; Jan. 1, 2021
Open every day, including Tuesdays Nov. 29 through Dec. 22

Please do not leave donated items at our stores when we are closed. Items are vandalized and/or damaged by weather and we have to pay to dispose of them- which takes money from our mission. 
 

Procedures:  In order to ensure the safety of our donors and staff, we are implementing safety protocols:

  • Maintain 6-ft physical distancing at all times.
  • Donors are required to unload their own donations.
  • Donors will need to unpack bags and/or boxes so they can be inspected from a 6-ft distance.
  • We request all donors wear face masks.

Browse and purchase deeply-discounted home improvement goods like furniture, lighting, appliances, paint, rugs, building materials, clothing and treasures, too. SCHEDULE A DONATION PICKUP:

Photos of items will be required when you schedule a donation pickup. If you schedule a pickup online HERE, you will be prompted to attach photo(s). If you prefer to arrange a pickup by email, attach photos when you email: pickups@pdxrestore.org. There is a $20 fee for donation pickups. If you have additional questions, please read our FAQ page or contact Donation Information at 971-229-8888.

Procedures:

  • Donated items must be able to be safely moved by one person.
  • Items must be left curbside, at the end of a driveway or in a parking space.
  • Photos for staff review are required for ALL donation pickups.
  • Pickup fees must be paid by card only (no cash).
  • All donations will be accepted at the driver's discretion.
